The journey
Started answering Frappe and ERPNext questions as a community contributor. No title, no obligation, just problems worth solving in public.
Four-plus years implementing and customizing ERPNext for clients across oil, dye, architecture, pharma, and plastics manufacturing.
First nomination, for Best Forum Contributor. Recognition catching up to years of unpaid forum and GitHub support.
Won at Frappeverse for the volume and quality of community support. The forum work became official recognition.
Started on the Frappe Forum. Nervous, curious, and two weeks in learned at an offsite just how high the bar at Frappe really is.
The team handed over GitHub Issues alongside the forum. Then came an idea: turn recurring forum questions into videos. The channel took off from there.
A quarter-end chat with Rushabh opened the door to something new. He introduced Nihantra to the Lending Team, and Frappe Lending became the next chapter.
Marked a full year at Frappe. Recent quarters focused on customer support, keeping the lending product stable and smooth.
Two more Frappeverse nominations, this time as a Frappe engineer rather than an outside contributor.
Worked on integrating eKYC India into the Frappe Lending stack, adding identity verification to the lending workflow.
